2. Hosting and server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider may process technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, requested file, referrer, browser type and operating system. Processing takes place to provide the website securely and reliably. Specific information on the hosting provider, legal basis, retention period and, where applicable, data processing on behalf of the controller must be added once the hosting provider has been selected.
3. Contact
If you contact us by email or through another contact method offered, the information you provide will be processed in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis and retention period depend on the nature and purpose of the enquiry and must be specified according to the contact channels actually used.
4. Cookies and external services
Ticket purchasing takes place on the external EVENTIM.Light website where a ticket link is provided for an event. No EVENTIM.Light ticket shop iframe is currently embedded on the ticket page.
The trailer on the homepage is initially shown only with a locally stored preview image. The YouTube (Google) video player is loaded only after you click “Play”. This establishes a connection to YouTube servers; technical connection data such as your IP address may be transmitted. The embedding uses the youtube-nocookie.com domain. Alternatively, you can open the video directly on YouTube using the link provided. Information on the legal basis, possible consent and further processing should be reviewed before publication and supplemented where necessary.
Any additional external services, such as web analytics or social-media embeds, must be documented separately where applicable.
5. Feedback form and ticket draw
Concert guests can voluntarily submit feedback about LUMENiSSIMO through a feedback page that is not linked in the regular website navigation. The ratings and free-text responses entered in the form are processed. An email address is collected only when provided voluntarily, in particular to enter a ticket draw or – with separate consent – to receive occasional information about new LUMENiSSIMO dates. Entry into the ticket draw and consent to email information are voluntary and independent of one another. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing kontakt@lumenissimo.de.
To help prevent repeated submissions, a randomly generated identifier may be stored in the browser and processed together with the feedback. IP addresses are not stored in the feedback file for this purpose. Feedback data is stored on the server and used only for evaluation, further development of the event and – where selected – administering the ticket draw or sending LUMENiSSIMO information. Retention periods and the precise legal basis should be reviewed and defined before public use in accordance with the actual technical implementation and hosting.
6. Ticket alerts and requests for additional concerts
When you register, we collect your first and last name, email address, postcode, town, selected sold-out concert and expressed interest in a possible additional concert. You may optionally supply a mobile number. Consent to receive information about additional LUMENiSSIMO events is separate from this expression of interest; subscribers confirm their email address through a confirmation link (double opt-in). Selecting the mobile channel does not currently initiate automated SMS messages. You may withdraw consent at any time via kontakt@lumenissimo.de. An alert registration is not a ticket reservation.
Details are stored in a protected database on our web server and in a CSV export for internal administration. A notification email is sent to kontakt@lumenissimo.de where our host's email service supports delivery. Data retention and additional legal details should be reviewed before going live.
7. Events, news and social media
Events and news are loaded from our own database. Instagram and Facebook are presented as ordinary external links and do not embed any third-party social content before a link is clicked.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, data subjects have, in particular, rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as, where applicable, the right to object and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
